Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive details on TradeOn's institutional digital asset settlement framework and compliance standards.

What fiat and cryptocurrency assets does TradeOn support?

TradeOn supports major global fiat currencies and a curated list of high-liquidity digital assets. Our asset list is designed for enterprise-grade settlement, based on liquidity providers, banking partners, and regulatory permissions.

A full and updated asset list is included in your onboarding pack. Your team will also receive an evidence sheet outlining quote routes, liquidity sources, and supported pairs.

How does TradeOn secure the platform?

TradeOn follows an infrastructure-first security model:

  • Segregated client custody structures

  • Hardened wallet management

  • KYT, AML screening, and whitelist enforcement

  • Full audit trail of every access and transaction

  • Continuous monitoring by our global operations team

Is TradeOn licensed or regulated?

TradeOn operates under a regulatory-aligned framework and maintains all required registrations to provide digital-asset payment and settlement services in our operating jurisdictions.

What fees does TradeOn charge for trading, deposits, and withdrawals?

TradeOn uses a transparent, quote-based fee model. There are no hidden platform fees, and no retail-style spread markup. Each RFQ clearly displays:

  • Execution rate

  • Fees included in the quote

  • Settlement cost (if any)

  • Expected timing

Why is KYB/KYC required and how long does it take?

Verification ensures:

  • Compliance with AML/CFT regulations

  • Protection of both parties from settlement risk

  • Eligibility for transaction limits and banking corridors

Typical timing:

  • Corporate verification: approximate 3–10 business days depending on document availability

  • Individual verification: Usually faster

What documents do we need to open a corporate account?

Generally required:

  • Company registration documents (recent)

  • Shareholding structure

  • UBO identification

  • Board resolution or authorization letter

  • Proof of address

  • Source-of-funds / source-of-wealth documentation

  • Additional items depending on jurisdiction

What security steps should our team take?

We recommend:

  • Enabling multi-factor authentication

  • Restricting access by role and IP

  • Maintaining internal approval workflows

  • Avoiding shared credentials

  • Periodic password rotation

Why are buy and sell prices different?

TradeOn provides institutional RFQ execution.
The difference between buy and sell prices reflects the market bid–ask spread from liquidity providers.

Every quote is:

  • Time-stamped

  • Valid only for the displayed window

  • Executed at the exact rate shown once accepted
